Bradley T. Guldalian
Bradley Guldalian focuses his practice in the area of professional liability defense with particular emphasis on legal and medical malpractice matters. He is also experienced in handling third-party catastrophic tort claims, insurance coverage disputes, errors and omissions claims, real estate litigation and third-party auto claims.
Mr. Guldalian has researched civil and criminal case law, prepared pre-opinion research reports at the appellate level, and handled motions, depositions, mediations and arbitrations. He is also well versed in complex, multiparty commercial litigation; premises and products liability; property, casualty and no-fault insurance claims; nursing home defense; and employment law.

After law school, Mr. Guldalian served as a law clerk and research attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals, where he drafted opinions for all cases in which an unpublished opinion was recommended.
He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Tampa Bay Inn of Court.
