Bradley Guldalian focuses his practice in the area of professional liability defense with particular emphasis on legal and medical malpractice matters. He is also experienced in handling third-party catastrophic tort claims, insurance coverage disputes, errors and omissions claims, real estate litigation and third-party auto claims.

Mr. Guldalian has researched civil and criminal case law, prepared pre-opinion research reports at the appellate level, and handled motions, depositions, mediations and arbitrations. He is also well versed in complex, multiparty commercial litigation; premises and products liability; property, casualty and no-fault insurance claims; nursing home defense; and employment law.

Mr. Guldalian joined Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP in August 2004. Previously, he was an associate for three years with the Tampa law firm of Phelps Dunbar, L.L.P., where he specialized in insurance coverage and professional liability matters, trying two cases to defense verdicts in 2003. In addition to his individual case load, he supervised one junior associate and a paralegal.

Mr. Guldalian also spent three years as an associate with Butler Burnette Pappas in Tampa , handling nursing home defense, third party liability claims and employment law. Additionally, he spent two years with the Detroit, Michigan , law firm of Lupo & Koczkur, P.C., and one year with the Southfield, Michigan , plaintiff's firm of Gordon, Goodman & Acker, P.C., where he specialized in various types of plaintiff litigation.

After law school, Mr. Guldalian served as a law clerk and research attorney for the Michigan Court of Appeals, where he drafted opinions for all cases in which an unpublished opinion was recommended.

He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association and the Tampa Bay Inn of Court.
