Bradley T. Guldalian is the attorney in charge of the firm's personal injury practice. In his practice, Mr. Guldalian represents individuals injured as a result of:

• Boating, wave runner, cruise ship, jet ski, sightseeing boat, charter boat, or fishing boat accidents;

• any other careless or negligent act that results in a physical injury.

Mr. Guldalian began practicing law in 1995 as a law clerk with the Michigan Court of Appeals in Detroit, Michigan. Thereafter, Mr. Guldalian worked for over ten years in several insurance defense firms throughout the State of Michigan and the State of Florida defending individuals, corporations and insurance companies against personal injury actions. Mr. Guldalian is licensed to practice law in all state courts within the State of Florida, the State of Michigan and the district of Columbia. He has conducted numerous jury trials in his twelve years of practicing law and has represented both insurance companies and those injured by the negligent and careless acts of others. Mr. Guldalian has extensive experience and knowledge handling all types of insurance claims, and specializes in assisting those injured by the negligent acts of others.
